I cannot hear ppl when receiving incoming calls, but can hear ppl on outgoing calls
iPhone 5s, iOS 11.2.6
Make sure you’re updated to the most recent iOS update. If you are then try shutting down your iPhone and then turn it back on. If the problem still persists I would recommend taking it to an authorized Apple store.
