Pre order album not showing some tracks in purchased

i pre ordered an album where the first 3 tracks were available immediately. When the rest came available the tracks were in the wrong order (3-4-5-6-7-8, then 1-2-3 downloaded first). I read up and it said delete then re-download from purchased, but purchased now only shows the later 8 tracks NOT the first 3. It’s like I never bought them!
