Nexflix app screen mirroring doesnt work on Toshiba TV

I am trying to use my Netflix app mirroring function on my Toshiba TV. I open the app, switch the TV to screen mirroring option and I see on my phone that the option appears on the top right corner of the Netflix app. I touch the screen mirroring button and it’s “connecting” endlessly. I wait really long but it never connects.

I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the TV, the router, and also restarting my iPhone. Nothing works. I have the latest iOS 11 update and I don’t know what’s the problem :/

Please help.
