Serries 2 does not report temperature and who or number of person calling on iPhone.

I have a Serries 2 that does not report outside temperature and does not report who or what number is calling my iPhone. Always has until recently. Tried repairing.

My phone is dropping calls when I call a company who request me to press a number for a various department. Every time I press the department number, the call fails making it impossible to call my health care, bank, internet provider etc. ????? What would cause my phone to drop the call every time I call a company where I am asked to press one or two or three for a specific department.? When I press the number for the department, the cold fails every time.
