how to toggle wifi off completely in OS11

I want to toggle wifi off completely on my iphone, and now I have to go into settings, which is a multi-step affair!

SO annoying! Is there a way to change my prefs? I don't use data, and I want to save my battery life.

Keep Wi-Fi on Permanently I tend to turn of my Wi-Fi and use my data accidentally and go over my limit so I was wondering if there is a way to keep Wi-Fi on permanently or remove it from the Control Centre so I don't turn it off. Thanks
