PLS ITS REALLY IMPORTANT !!

MY FRIENDS WITH IPHONE 8 PLUS AND IPHONE 6 GOT THE INDIAN MESSAGE FROM SOMEONE AND WE TRIED TO REBOOT AND NOW BOTH PHONES ARE STUCK ON THE APPLE SCREEN(THE REBOOT SCREEN) AND WE DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WE TRIED EVERYTHING, IS THERE ANY WAY TO FIX THAT WITHOUT DELETING EVERYTHING ON THE PHONE?

iPhone Indian Character Problem My friend recently sent me an Indian character to my phone. It was sent to my phone through the Instagram app. This character crashes iPhones instantly if you're not updated supposedly and I didn't know that, so my phone crashed. I tried hard resetting by holding down the lock button and home button at the same time. This didn't fix it. My lock screen is responsive and I can enter my pass code. It also detects my fingerprint, receives notifications and it seems to vibrate from certain notifications. I popped out my sim card, but this didn't help at all. Anytime I finish typing in my pass code to enter my iPhone it goes straight back to the black loading screen. I plugged my phone into my computer and tried using the iTunes software to try and reset my phone, or at least update it to the next update to possibly fix the black loading screen. This didn't work either, because, "iTunes couldn't connect to the iPhone because this computer hasn't been trusted." I can't go into my phone to "trust" it, soooo...... yeah. Any ideas on how to fix this would be great 🙂I have an iPhone 5s

Important display message I just got an iPhone 12 it was a new in box phone from apple but after updating it to iOS 15.2 it started showing important display message in settings and anytime I press the power button too fast to on and off the screen the phone just crushes and after some some seconds it restarts.. what should I do

iphone 11 stuck on logo after update Apple support says answer to messed up iPhone on logo screen is to force restart but I've tried multiple times and I does not work. I just got this phone and it said I had to update. I've tried to chat with them but the person left the chat immediately. Now online chat isn't an option. I clicked the option for them to call me. I can feel my phone vibrate but cannot answer bc the screen is frozen. I cannot call them on my old device because I ad already switched it to my "new" phone. They provide no other options for contacting them. I am very frustrated at not only the bug from the update but also the lack of support that apple gives. Now when I click on support it says "error 403 Forbidden" I just wanted a new phone and now I have to deal with it messing up before I was even able to get onto it.
