received empty package and apple wont refund!!

I purchased a macbook pro and when i opened the package i was in shock that it was empty. i contacted apple immediately and they told me they are going to investigate it. Package wasn't tampered with so there's no help for me to call fedex. 3 days later i didnt hear anything back from them, I called apple and they told me "sorry weight seems correct, can't refund it"

WHAT DO I DO?? everyone here says apple has great customer service but I really dont see it.
