My MacBook pro 16 damaged delivery
I’m really disappointed in apple customer service I contacted
them using chat and phone regarding my MacBook pro 16 that I received it damaged,
and I tell apple in phone that I received it damaged they tell me we have contract
with UPS so they will not delivery the product damaged and they closed the call
immediately in my face what a disappointment from big company like apple to
close phone on customer face. Now I’m trying to reach them, but they are not
replying. My MacBook pro still have 4 days for remaining for return & refund
policy to end and apple still is not willing to provide me with any solutions. I’m
telling them just provide me with repair for the screen but still no reply then
after 4 days they will tell me your 14 days is finished
