Subscription canceling

tired of this... I have followed the instructions to cancel subscriptions but I still get billed and there in NO support from Apple. No replies to the same problems people are having with subscriptions purchased through Apple. What’s the problem Apple? They still charge me and last month I had to reject the charges and my bank canceled my card so I had to go through getting a new card and since Apple requires a payment source with the account they are charging me again and my bank is contacting me calling it fraud and will likely end up issuing another card! Apple why don’t you support your users!!!!!!! Who would ever purchase a subscription through you only for this nonsense and there’s no support. Livid
