USB-A to MagSafe charger cord?

Is there an USB-A to MagSafe charger cord on the market? I believe my MacBook Pro is Late 2012. I want to be able to use an external backup battery pack on a trip. I appreciate any assistance with this.

Backup Charger: 29w USB-C Power Adapter Do you recommend buying the 30W USB-C Power Adapter as a backup for a 29W USB-C Power Adapter to charge a MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2016), or if it important to only use the 29W as a replacement for the original?

Sorry, but there isn't one. There are external battery packs already equipped with a Mag-Safe for older models.
