Can't log out of my icloud

I have this issue I can't log out of my iCloud nor update any app on my iPhone 6 and when ever I input the password I will get the message saying an unknown error occur that I should try later or I get a message saying server error

Can't log out I have a problem with log out from my iphone 7. I can't log out because it shows me a massage "There wan na error connecting to the Apple ID server" or i show me this "akauthenticationerror code=-7005" but when i log in to iCloud it shows me that i am not logged in on this device. I cannot log in OR out from iCloud My phone started showing pop-ups that I need to sign into iCloud and Apple ID, and no matter how many times I did that, nothing changed. iTunes and App Store does not work and all my iCloud contacts are gone. I cannot log out from my Apple ID or iCloud. I have updated to iOS 12.4, tried hard restart, and I have also reset my Apple ID password (and chose logout all devices), without any luck. I have a lot of pictures for which I use iCloud but now when iCloud does not work properly my phone storage (16GB) is like 22 GB over max.. Can someone please help me with this?

Try doing either a soft or hard restart of the device -- Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
