How do I cancel a subscription in garageband for mac?

How do I cancel a subscription in garageband for mac? I downloaded what I thought was a free lesson in garageband for Mac,and now I'm told that I've got a subscription. This is not what I want. So I know want to cancel it! But I can't see anywhere in garageband for mac to cancel?

So how do I cancel, or am I being pished?

Where did you download the lesson from? If you download a lesson from the lesson store in GarageBand, it is not a subscription. The basic lessons are free, and you have to pay for Artist lessons, but these lessons are single lessons.
