apple ID has been disabled

i have my pass reset but i cant to download any app from appstore

As well as resetting its password have you also done : What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support ?


If you have and if it didn't fix it, contact iTunes Support and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
