Premium Techie Support
Anybody have experience w/ Premium Techie Support? Their phone staff speaks very rapid "Indian English" vs "American English" and is practically immune to interruption with request to speak more slowly. Very frustrating.

IMO It's more fun to play them, as long as you don't divulge any personal info. When they ask you to connect, ignore their instructions and tell them OK it's done, and do keep saying, "What, what?

Yes, another great idea! Reminds me of the time I was working with this sound guy, I didn't like. He kept holding up the takes because he was having problems hearing the lines and finally I grabbed the boom and yelled "IS THIS BETTER! His eyes spun around in his head and he tore the earpiece off his head. I'm not sure he ever fully recovered.
Grabbing the sound guys boom is not to be advised, there are some that do not take kindly to it.

It's a scam, steer clear! Do not give them any information, do not allow them to connect to your Mac.

Hang up on them.
I used an airhorn for the occasions they asked me to do anything on my computer, one withering blast followed by my innocent inquiry of "does that always happen"
Remember to place the horn exit on the phone microphone first, after the noise they will need some time to recover their poise.
