How can I update to iOS 10.3.3 without a computer

I have iOS 9.2.1 and I have been watching video's trying to figure out how to update to iOS 10.3.3 on my iPhone 5s but all the links I find for the update are for beta and when I click on them it says they don't exist anymore and also one video I seen said I have to update to iOS 10 first is that true?? And how do I update to iOS 10.3.3?? Thank you for your time and help it is really appreciated!!

You can only update to the latest iOS versions your device supports. For an iPhone 5s that is iOS 11.2.6 at this time.

There is no supported way of updating to an intermediate version. You can use the Software Update function in Settings->General to update directly on the iPhone.

An iPhone 5S can only be updated directly to 11.2.6; this can be done from the Software Update function.

Hello,

When updating iPhone, you get the latest version that the iPhone supports. The latest version that iPhone 5s supports is iOS 11.2.6, which is also the latest iOS version. You can't go in between versions.
