Lexar c20i jump drive for iphone not recognize

before it was working perfectly with my iphone 6s and iphone X and all of a sudden it cannont recognize by my 2 iphone 6s and iphoneX. I tried to update both of my phone but still cannot recognize by my two iphone. But if you will insert the lexar c20i into a laptop, You can view the content but it says “write protected” please help me with my problem i have so many important files on my lexar jumdrive
