2.7 ghz i7 radeon pro 455 2gb vs 2.9 ghz i7 radeon pro 460 4gb

Hello, im buying my first macbook pro (refurbished) for working.

I mainly work on PS CC 2015.5, ARCHICAD 20 for 3d modelling and ARTLANTIS 6 for image rendering.

My two options are

MBP 15 October 2016 - 2.7 ghz i7 - radeon pro 455 2gb $ 2109

MBP 15 June 2017 - 2.9 ghz i7 - radeon pro 560 4gb $ 2379

(both 512 gb ssd and 16gb ram)

I want to know if this $270 worth the specs difference.

Worth upgrading from a Macbook Pro 16 (2000) I have a MBP 16 inch with 2.4 Ghz 8 core of intel i9 32 ram AMD Radeon Pro graphics card with 8 GB 5500. All is good (if noisy at times) and it burns through tasks like 4k video rendering in a fantastically pleasing way. Here's the thing, I realise now I would prefer a 14 inch for the smaller size. Does anyone know whether the top of the range configuration of a 14inch MBP with a new Apple processor M1 or M2 or whatever would match the performance of the MBP 16. Any thoughts really welcomed.
