Help! With buying MacBook 2017 vs 2018

Hi, Im wanting to purchase a new MacBook Pro.

I will be using it for Photo and occasional video editing and for video games (every once in a while)

These are my current two options:

MacBook Pro 2017

3.1GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7 with Retina display

1TB PCIe-based onboard SSD1

Radeon Pro 560 with 4GB of GDDR5 memory and automatic graphics switching

Intel HD Graphics 630

16GB of 2133MHz LPDDR3 onboard memory

MacBook Pro 2019

What would be best? Considering the 2017 model is slightly cheaper than the less powerful 2018 model.

MacBook Pro w/ Touch Bar (2018 or later)

The biggest difference I see here worth considering is the storage space is double on the 2017.

Are these both touchbar?? Maybe or maybe not on your wish list.
