iPhone 8 problems

I got an iPhone 8 awhile ago and it broke and I had to send it back to Apple and they sent me a new one and it was a USED phone and it has been having big problems Siri won’t work the battery will not hold a charger apps will crash data will disconnect wifi will do the same when my old iPhone 8 had no problems what do I do?
