I can't find "subscription" option in my account
can't find the subscription option to cancel a a purchase which i did not authorize, BTW, i had one Apple ID, no family sharing account, can someone help me please,

Where are you seeing the subscription purchase ? If on an email are you sure that it's a genuine email from iTunes and not a phishing email (e.g. does it include your full billing address from your iTunes account) ?
The Subscriptions section will only show on an account if there are subscriptions on it
