safari not working with att.com 3/2018

Att.com is not working with Safari. Spins and message says it is processing.

MacOS 10.13.3

Safari 11.0.3

MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3), iPad Air2 and iPhone 6s and X

Safari repeatedly displays message "Webpage is reloaded due to an error" but webpage does not appear. When opening any webpage with Safari, V12.1.1, at my iMac, macOS Sierra 10.12.6, the website does not open. After selecting Display > Load page again, the message "This page is reloaded due to an error" is repeatedly displayed. My internet is allright, my mail is working and I can open all these pages in Google Chrome without any problem, but Safari is my default web browser with all my bookmarks, and is synchronized with my Macbook and iPhone. It is working allright at the Macbook which has same version of operation system installed. Can anybody tell me how to solve this problem?? Thank you in advance.
