Why isn’t my Touch ID working anymore

I just went to Bellevue square and got my iPhone 7 Plus crack screen repaired and when I got it back my Touch ID wasn’t working I went to settings and saw no finger prints were on it so I tried to add mine and it brought up an error page so I restarted my phone and it brought up the same error message
