iCloud isn't working within iTunes

I noticed last night that several of my songs that I purchased on the iTunes store were not synced with the iCloud service.

Can someone tell me kindly the steps of how to fix this? I've tried to search already for troubleshooting steps but for now, nothing has worked so far.

ITunes Match I purchased this service a few weeks ago. Since then I have had to change my hard drive in my laptop. My music from my phone has yet to sync with my laptop. Problems with iTunes and adding new music to iCloud I am trying to upload some downloaded music to my iCloud through iTunes to listen in Apple Music. Since yesterday I have been getting the message “Genius results cannot be updated right now. The network connection was lost.” I have tried everything uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my computer and router, and signing out and back into iTunes. I am using a windows computer any help would be awesome thanks!
