Podcasts on Apple Music

Isn't there a possibility to listen to Podcasts on Apple Music? After all, you can watch TV & Movies on there as well, and I don't have any Apple products (neither a MacBook, nor an iPhone or an iPad or anything of that sort). I use Windows 10 and an Android phone. I would really like to listen to my podcasts on the go on my phone rather than on my laptop as that is unpractical.

If there is a way to sync my podcasts from iTunes for Windows with my Apple Music, I would be really grateful for an answer. Thanks.

No, podcasts are not part of Apple Music. iTunes provides a listing service and player, but there are many other ways to get podcasts completely independently of iTunes or Apple.
