Apple TV 4K App Store stuck on "Welcome" Page

I'm a beta tester on tvOS 11.3 and I just noticed today that I am unable to access the App Store on my Apple 4K TV. I am just presented with the "Welcome to the App Store" screen with either "Continue" or "See how your data is managed..." Well, nothing happens when I press "Continue"....any word if this is a bug in the newest version because this is kind of frustrating.
