Question: iCloud photos

Hi, I have following issue: I would like to sync photos with my Macbook and iMac so both would have the same photo library. That should be done easily with icloud, but I would like to have access to that library with my iphone and ipad aswell when needed to see those photos, but I don´t want my photos from iphone or ipad to upload to icloud.

Is this possible anyway?

No, without turning on the iCloud Photo Library, you will see only the local photos.

Once you enable the iCloud Photo Library (iCloud Photo Library - Apple Support) all the devices linked with the same AppleID are keep in synch with iCloud so you can't decide what to upload and what not. The only chance is that you don't use the iCloud Photo Library on the iPhone and save manually the photo you want into iCloud.
