Protection plan for my iPad..

I do not have a purchase receipt for my iPad. It was a gift at Christmas and I want to purchase a protection plan now. Any ideas?

iPad Wi-Fi, iOS 11.2.6

Have you tried asking whoever gave it to you for a copy of the receipt? If they bought it from Apple On-line, they can download a copy by going to Apple.com and scrolling to the bottom. Click on Apple Store account.

Hey Germaine,

If you live in the USA or Canada, AppleCare must be purchased within the first two months. If it was gifted in December, that means you're outside of the 60 days you have to get AppleCare.
