Unable to download apps with family sharing

I have family sharing enabled and I had already paid for Minecraft purchase. According to Apple's family plan I should be able to share the purchase on 6 devices, however, my son isn't able to download the app for free. App store is asking him to purchase again.

Sharing app in Family Sharing I availed of the family sharing and has turned on the sharing of purchases however, one of my member can't download one of the app (Minecraft). I've tried all the troubleshooting on the support page but is still not working. Anyone experienced the same? TIA.

Family sharing apps My wife has purchased a few apps and is linked to our family sharing account, however I’m unable to download/access these purchased apps, am i misunderstanding the ‘family sharing’ or am I doing something wrong?
