I have read on the rumors about the Apple Watch Series 4 features (faster Processor, W2 Chip, Heart monitoring, glucose health kit, etc.), but theres still 6 months until the official Apple Keynote 2018 and being patient is not the greatest. My question is should i wait for the Apple Watch Series 4 or should I Just buy an Apple Watch Series 3. Thank you.

That is not a question anyone could answer for you. Since the specifications have not been announced by Apple, and Apple has not even hinted at the release of a new device, you are only speculating on whether a new Apple Watch will even exist, let alone if and when it will be released. At this point, your only choice is the Series 3. If you wish to believe there will be a new Apple Watch released at anytime, and may have updated anything, you have to decide if you wish to wait, or if you want/need an Apple Watch right now.
Also, any speculation on products or actions by Apple here on the forum is a violation of the Terms of Service you agreed to when you joined.
