My iCloud and Apple password and Apple ID all working good but now wen I try to move my books from I books to another divece it want let me and the same with iTunes U with the music it keeps asking me for the old ones

I have an iPhone 6s associated with matthew.jobst@gmail.com apple ID and once upon a time had a friend set up parental controls and then forget the restrictions 4 digit passcode so I recently purchased an macbook air and i started using a new apple ID so I would not have the restrictions passcode problem. I requesting all my data from the ID and am going to attempt to copy it into the new ID. My question is there any way I can get my purchased music and apps from the only ID to the new one?
