hello apple support team, difficulty to enroll the apple developer account

currently i'm working in Myanmar. when we would like to create the apple ID in Myanmar however we cannot select the country name Myanmar and it does not support. so it is difficulty to enroll the apple developer account and cannot make payment. could you please help about that condition?
