Hello,I purchased an app on app store but couldn’t get it to work and was charged the full yearly ammount at ones!!?? I immediately canselled the subscription. How and when will I be refunded??

After immediate cancellation of an app purchase how do I get a refund?

You cannot reach Apple directly through these columns as they are manned by volunteers, users, much like yourself; However, we can help you … but do be aware that although Apple usually treat requests sympathetically where a genuine mistake has occurred, refunds are discretionary, not a right.


On your APPLE electronic receipt you will see an invitation to ‘Report a problem’. Report what you say here as your problem and Apple will contact you.
