Can't find list of purchased Apps in iOS 11.3

I used to be able to see a list of purchased Apps in the App store so that I could re-download any not currently installed. I just got a new iPhone X replaced (dead camera out of the Box) and am having trouble getting Apps onto the new phone as a backup won't install. I can not find that list now iTunes is changed. Any pointers would be appreciated.
