Hello team i am using iphone 8 plus Gold 64GB.while using the phone my phone suddenly got a black screen and stopped functioning totally later i had to force press the home buttom volume button as normal procedure to restart the device

As i pressed the home button my home button got a crack on it....and a piece of home button came out...i dont think that just by pressing the home button it would crack...is the home button is so delicate that it can get a crack on it?

Now i need to pay 37,000 INR for replacement but for what i dint drop my iphone anywhere nor i cracked it purposefully..!! Then for what i should pay such a huge amount for? Apple should take care of it seriously as it happend while using the iphone.
