Regarding apple watch siri response
My watch siri does not speak it is on charging but the siri voice does not start downloading on watch

What Apple Watch are you using? Series 0, 1, 2, 3? To find this out, it is on the back of your watch and in your Watch app. The only Apple Watch that supports Siri talking is the Series 3. If you do not have this model, then Siri will not talk, only display words.
