iPhone X FaceTime Issue

Recently I bought an iPhone X from UAE. I don't have FaceTime on my iPhone because it's blocked in UAE. Now I moved to Bangladesh I changed my regional but still, I can't find FaceTime app on my iPhone. How can I get FaceTime on my iPhone?

You can't. Availability of FaceTime is based on the region in which the phone was sold.
