i have bought my iPhone X from UAE and I live in pakistan but my iPhone X doesn’t have facetime app available. now Apple have made facetime available in pakistan but still i cannot see facetime app in my iphone. i have also changed my region to pakistan in settings but still no luck. is there any other way? please help.

Insert a SIM card from a Middle Eastern country other than Israel or the United Arab Emirates.
Apple's patch to enable it only applies to Pakistani iPhones.
Israeli ones aren't subject to the regional lockout.
