My Apple Music app doesn’t work

Hi there I’m subscribed to this Apple Music so I’m paying for it on numerous occasions I’ve found it doesn’t play half of music, there’s always an Un expected error and I don’t understand why if my music isn’t working and i continue to pay for this service. ?

Apple Music isn’t working... Again! I keep getting a subscribe to Apple Music when I go and try to play music from my phone. This has been happening now on and off for several months until finally I started to believe my subscription had ended.
