Change the name of the podcast in whatever method you used to create it and re-publish (upload) the feed. The Store will probably take 1-2 days to update. A podcast is identified by its feed so though the name will change you won't lose your Store page (however the Search will probably be confused for several days).
Subscribers will see the title and description change the next time their iTunes application checks the feed. They might find that a bit confusing - perhaps you could make an announcement in an episode before making the change.

So it sounds like i can change logo, show name, and description in my Lybsyn hosting app and that feed will update the store. And of course alert subscribers of the upcoming change. Does that sound about right?
