I am trying to take a screen capture of an entire web page but when using the shortcuts, I can not scroll down to take a snapshot of the entire web page.

I found a few suggestions on MacRumors, but at least one of them was definitely reported to include spyware or adware. I found a safer option with BrowseShot on the Mac App Store. It is free. I tried it and it seems to work as advertised.
The only thing you can do is take two shots. Or you can Print the page to a PDF.
