Presumably the SoundDock does not have Bluetooth but does have an AUX input, so your options are a cable (3.5mm headphone to RCA), or if you want a wireless connection look for a Bluetooth receiver to plug into your Bose, or an AirPort Express or Apple TV if you want to connect via AirPlay.
Without knowing what the speaker has in the way of inputs. It's impossible to answer that beyond a guess.
As rocky points out, likely a 3.5mm to 3.5mm stereo cable would be the easiest option.
We can be more accurate if you identify the exact model of speaker or at least its inputs or connections.
The Bose speaker was purchased in '09 and does not have a bluetooth button on sound dock. It was originally built to accommodate an iPod with a wide plug-in to charge the ipod.
There is an "Audio In" input in the back.
