Brand new MacBook Pro 13inch crashes with kernel panic.

Hello,

I bought new MacBook Pro 13inch(Late 2017) , 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5. 8gb ram memory on January 18th at Dubai Airport Apple store. It came with Sierra, then updated to High Sierra.

After a month of usage, it started to crash randomly showing always the same kernel panic.

I downgraded back to Sierra, tried apple diagnostics. I cleaned VRAM, I cleared cache by entering safe mode. Nothing helps. Is is possible that computer itself is faulty? If so, any suggestions what to do since I did buy it at Apple shop at Dubai airport.

I am running now on Sierra 20.2.6 since overtime I try to install new one it won't let me. It crashes and shows kernel panic.

Anyone familiar with this kernel panic log?

Thanks!

Thanks for your suggestions,

However I live in Africa curently, we don’t have apple store here. My only option is to take it to some guy where he’s gonna open it but then again, I don’t want to do that. I guess I’ll just have to live with it.l since there is no other solution. Just wanted to see if anyone knew that that report says.

Thanks again

This is a diagnostic test.

Please run EtreCheck and post the report here.

https://etrecheck.com

Click “Free Download” button, open Downloads folder, click on it to open, and then select ”Open”.

Click on the bouncing EtreCheck icon in the Dock.

“Choose a problem” from the popup menu box, and then “Start EtreCheck” in the dialog.

Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” .

Paste it into the reply.
