Ripristino iPhone tramite iTunes

Salve sto facendo back up tramite iTunes sul mio iPhone ok back up fatto ora devo fare il ripristino iTunes sta estraendo il software ma si e' bloccato il ripristino non va avanti come fare ?

itunes salve ho un problema con itunes , allora non riesco a cambiare la cartella di destinazione di backup in quanto ho l'hard disk pieno e vorrei che itunes mi facesse il backup dell'iphone invece che sul disco c nel disco f ho provato tutti i tuorial che ci sono ho anche provato a fare la giunzione con il cmd ma niente continua a farmi il backup sul disco c, è per me è un grosso problema perchè non posso liberare il mio telefono

iTunes nie może odtworzyć iPhone’a „iPhone”, wystąpił błąd podczas odczytu lub zapisu jego danych” Robiłem kopie zapasowa w iTunes wyzerowałem telefon do zera i próbowałem go odtworzyć z tego backup’u, ale niestety w połowie pobierania wyskakiwał mi błąd „iTunes nie może odtworzyć iPhone’a „iPhone”, wystąpił błąd podczas odczytu lub zapisu jego danych” i nie mogę odzyskać starych nagrań i filmików, które były większa częścią mojego życia.
