Buy a copy of Windows 10 and create a VM using VM Fusion. You will need more than 70GBs for a Windows psuedo-drive. Perhaps you should consider getting a larger drive installed or install your VM on an external drive. I believe VM Fusion can boot a Windows VM from an external drive.
To get the most out of Windows, especially with engineering software and better performance from CPU and GPU, native installation is highly recommended.
VMs do not let you get to such resources due to generic drivers under virtual usage.
Also, you can Import bootcamp partition as a VM when you need to start and use it quickly, so you can get the best of both worlds.
Is there a specific set of reasons to choose VMs instead of Bootcamp? What is/will be your 'normal' usage for Windows on this Mac?
I will be running multiple engineering softwares.
