can't sign in apple ID

So I try to sign in my apple ID on my iphone but it keeps loading and doesn't work even though the password is correct cause on icloud on my laptop it works. Also when I enter my password for my gmail it keeps saying to re-enter it cause an error occured.

What should I do?
