My iPod shuffles screen is not turning on.

My iPod shuffles screen is not turning on. When I hold home button Siri's voice apears but no visual just black and I tell her to turn screen on but tells me it is all the way. I have plugged the iPod into my Mac air and into the wall but doesn't turn on. Is my iPods screen broken or is the whole system at the end of its life?

Consider trying the following steps:

Press and hold the power button and the home button at the same time. After about ten seconds your phone will turn off. Make sure to continue holding both buttons until the Apple Logo pops up. Then release the buttons. Let me know if this helped. Good luck!
