Cannot sign out of account.

I am using my old iphone as an ipod but every time I turn it on and throughout the usage of it I am continually asked for my password for my account. The iphone is signed in as my old account email, I cannot change the email temporarily however because the email is no longer in use and I cannot sign into it.

I reset my phone, restored the phone and nothing has changed.

I do not know what to do next. The iphone is being solely used as a ipod. It will not be used as a phone.

Did not sign out an ipad before changing my apple ID now I can't sign in on the old ipad, but the new iphone and new ipad are working great with new Apple ID. Apple ID not signing in My iPad and Mac are using my Apple ID but my phone is using a different one. When I try to change to my Apple ID on the phone, it says Email used by another Apple ID. Only my iPad and Mac are using it so I don't understand why my phone can't.
