How can I find my password or reset my password for my mac.com email?

I am unable to open my email while using my iPhone 7plus. The mail icon directs me to the icloud but then it says to use the app appropriate password. I took that as I shouldnt use my apple ID password.

Any clue on how to retrieve mail while using my iPhone?

Apple ID and me.com email passwords are different I can't get my me.com email on a Windows computer via Outlook because it won't take my password. I was using the appleid password that works fine and gives me access to iCloud and to my me.com email in the browser. I reset the appleid password but it doesn't help accessing the email via Outlook. How can I reset the email password? Thanks!

Resetting email password I am attempting to change my email password. I am in Settings->Passwords and can see the various passwords stored, however I can't see my email ID. Where can I find it?
