Anyone else get an apple music subscription trial automatically?

So I open my MacBook pro and see a pop up that stats that I now have apple music available. I checked my subscriptions and see I have a subscription that started today. I made no such request or authorization. I have music shut off on my phone, and checked my account login locations and they're all me. So not sure how this occurred other than it being like the "Free U2" album that appeared that one year.
