Missing Episodes on Band of Brothers Purchase
In 2012 I purchased the season and now I seem to not have access to all episodes. In iTunes for example, it prompts me to pay for the missing episodes. Frustrating that purchases can just disappear.
Can someone assist? I also cannot figure out how on the iTunes store to report the issue on a non-recent purchase. The usability of the support section is so bad. Apple is really going downhill.
